Little M has been hungry, and on and off, vocal today so while I managed some porridge in the morning, I hadn’t found time for lunch. By three I was very hungry so I decided to try making a salad with cous cous. Easy peasy!
- Boil the kettle
- Take out bowl (find clean surface)
- Pour in frozen peas
- Pour in frozen green beans
- Add cous cous
- Add salt, olive oil, dash of stock cube
- Pour boiling water over it all
- Stir and wait.
I even managed to add some feta cheese since the babe took a five minute nap.
Now I just have to find some time to eat it.
